5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important notices about AI-generated recipes:

  • Recipes are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of generated recipes
  • Always use your own judgment when preparing food
  • Check ingredients for allergens and food safety concerns
  • Follow proper food handling and cooking safety practices
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from following generated recipes

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for food allergies, foodborne illness, or injuries resulting from recipes
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Google Gemini AI for recipe generation
  • Vercel for hosting and analytics
  • PostHog for analytics
  • Canny.io for feedback management

Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
