- 4 oz fettuccine pasta broken in half

- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes canned undrained
Substitute: Fresh diced tomatoes (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 medium onion chopped
Substitute: 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
